successful entrepreneur

One thing I’ve learnt with business and successful entrepreneurs is this; there are four types of people. And this rather also applies to consumers, clients and investors too.

1) Those who are “too big” to go into business. They don’t see themselves stooping low to go through the buying, selling and hustling process of business. They rather earn peanuts with shirts and ties than build their own empire.

2) Second on the list is the ‘’what will people say group’’ Those who are afraid of what friends and families would think. Those are the lily-livered business persons.

3) They are those who criticize the idea of business. They’ll tell you it’s not profitable, it’s risky, it’s haraam, it’s not ideal for you etc. without knowing or learning about what the business truly entails. They basically know nothing except their knowledge of nothing.

4) These are people who are angry with poverty and debts, those, who when they want to do a business or are introduced to one, learn every bit about it; from its profitability, religious and constitutional permissibility, dos and don’ts etc. and decide on the next step. They don’t talk or act about it without prior extensive research.

There’s a saying; Be teachable, you are not always right! This does not only work in business but all aspect of human life. The concept of learning doesn’t start and end in the four walls of the classroom or lecture hall. Look around you, there’s always a lesson life is trying to teach you for you to succeed, you just need an impeccable perception!

Learn, relearn, unlearn…….. This is the 21st century
